  • Vinification: Skin maceration, then matured in oak barrels for 9 months.
  • Tasting notes: We find the characteristics of the vermentino (white vecchio) on the notes of citrus, etc... but to this is added acacia honey from pineapple, smoked, peaty and full-bodied with an incomparably long lasting flavour.
  • Cellaring: 10 years
  • The food/wine pairing: sea urchins, lobsters, grilled lobster, sushi, crayfish with Nantua sauce and cheese.
